Grand Terrace, CA – June 17, 2021 – Neptune™, part of PSG®, a Dover company, and a worldwide leader in specialty pumps, is pleased to announce the availability of 35 additional models as part of the Phase II release of its NSP Series Solenoid Metering Pumps and NXP Series Stepper Motor-Driven Metering Pumps. The new additions will include more models with the acrylic degassing head (ACRYL) option, along with the standard polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material options. The availability of these new models and material options significantly increases the application range of the NSP Series and NXP Series, making them the go-to choice for virtually any chemical-handling application that requires reliable and accurate dosing.
The NSP Series pumps feature a durable, low-maintenance solenoid drive equipped with double-ball valves, which helps ensure consistent and precise dosing for a wide variety of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, coagulants and flocculants. The compact design and easy-to-use controller result in efficient operation and shorter setup times. The pump’s small footprint allows easy integration into dosing systems with limited space. The NSP Series pumps are available in manual, analog and pulse-controlled models.
The Neptune NXP Series pumps combine the advantages of a solenoid-driven pump with the precision of a motor-driven pump through their compact design and intelligent-drive concept. This makes them an ideal solution to safely feed chemicals in highly accurate, reproducible applications. NXP Series pumps are fully adjustable to produce a constant dosing stream with low pulsation, while the stepper motor has a wear-free tooth belt drive that ensures a homogeneous and gentle dosing process.
