At some point, an AODD pump’s diaphragms, balls, valves, seats, gaskets and O-rings will reach the end of their service life, requiring replacement. In order to decrease downtime and cost, replacing these components must be a simple, easy process for the operator. Too often, though, the pump manufacturer’s repair kits don’t satisfy that simple need by featuring too many parts that require too many different tools, resulting in a time-consuming, headache-inducing repair process for the operator.
